POSITION TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: GENERAL SALES MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SALES


DEPARTMENTAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Represents Honda Cars Cavite and serves as front liners to clients. Maximizes the Sales of the company’s goods and services. Helps to ensure the commercial success of Honda Cars Cavite.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1 With pleasing personality.
2. Handles customer contact and attends to Sales Inquiries directly from the customers through personal visit, telephone, e-mail, sales call or event.
3. Performs follow-up call/visit to clients who made sales queries or vehicle purchases at least (2- 3) days after.
4. Visits potential clients or prospect for new business.
5. Accomplishes monthly target quota given by management.
6. Submits reports such as Official Business and Daily Sales to General Sales Manager.
Responsible for increasing and developing Sales of Honda Brand and other existing products/services of Honda Cars Cavite.
7. Front desk duty (including answering and transferring calls), Entertain telephone Inquiries.
8. Participate in Sales activities such as Motorcade, Mall Display of Units, Open house, etc.

POSITION TITLE: BP SERVICE ADVISOR
REPORTS TO: PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER/BP SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: SERVICE


DEPARTMENTAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Service Advisor works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. Service advisors also handle the administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations. They work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.

A Service Advisor’s main job is to interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician, so that the technician will diagnose problems correctly. The advisor then translates the technician’s findings, which may be very complex, into language the customer will understand.

As with all positions within dealerships, service advisors are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
2. Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
3. Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
4. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
5. Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
6. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superiors.
7. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards and housekeeping rules.
8. Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Service Supervisor/Department Manager from time to time.
9. Submit monthly reports to Service Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Technology or any related course
• With 1 year work related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record
• Experienced with Management Software preferred
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job

POSITION TITLE: BP TECHNICIAN (PAINTER)
REPORTS TO: PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER/BP SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: SERVICE


DEPARTMENTAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The BP Technician ensures smooth flow of operation through quality service and on-time completion of job. BP Technician they paint new cars, repair the paint jobs on old or damaged cars and create customized paint jobs for customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accept endorsement of job from the job controller which includes body repair and painting, from light to heavy, etc.
2. Promptly coordinate with the job controller any error in data requirement and or in parts needed indicated in the repair order in accordance with the procedural flow on troubleshooting, diagnostic applications, counter-checking needed for damage parts and related areas which will require parts replacement.
3. Gives necessary recommendation regarding the unit and ensures that the customer vehicle is properly fixed.
4. Properly disposing of hazardous waste, following color charts and removing rust. Paint technicians must disassemble, clean and reassemble their painting equipment.
5. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superiors
6. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and housekeeping rules.
7. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
8. Ensure the proper use of Tools and equipment, common tools, special tools.

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Ability to read and understand formula
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• With 1 year work related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record

POSITION TITLE: TELEMARKETER/RECEPTION
REPORTS TO: PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER/CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: SERVICE


DEPARTMENTAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Telemarketer ensures smooth flow of operation through quality service and on-time completion of job. The sole purpose of a Telemarketer is to call potential customers and informing them of a product, its features and prices and soliciting sales. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superior.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to assist the CRA and CRO on dealership activities.
2. Responsible to assist the customers in making service appointments.
3. Responsible to assist the CRA in conducting customer interviews when needed.
4. Ensure that all service records are keep safe and monitored.
5. Prepares reports that are applicable on the job requirement.
6. Arrange /communicate with customers for an appointment schedule.
7. Receiving service phone calls and coordinating with concerned associates to attend on the customer needs.
8. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards and housekeeping rules.
9. Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Parts and Service Manager/Department Head from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate of any business or management course
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
