Departmental Job Description:
Represents Honda Cars Cavite and serves as front liners to clients. Maximizes the Sales of the company’s goods and services. Helps to ensure the commercial success of Honda Cars Cavite.
Job Description:
1 With pleasing personality.
2. Handles customer contact and attends to Sales Inquiries directly from the customers through personal visit, telephone, e-mail, sales call or event.
3. Performs follow-up call/visit to clients who made sales queries or vehicle purchases at least (2- 3) days after.
4. Visits potential clients or prospect for new business.
5. Accomplishes monthly target quota given by management.
6. Submits reports such as Official Business and Daily Sales to General Sales Manager.
Responsible for increasing and developing Sales of Honda Brand and other existing products/services of Honda Cars Cavite.
7. Front desk duty (including answering and transferring calls), Entertain telephone Inquiries.
8. Participate in Sales activities such as Motorcade, Mall Display of Units, Open house, etc.

Educational Attainment: Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business or Marketing
Working Experiences: Fresh Graduates are Welcome, Experience in Sales is an advantage
Knowledge/Skills: Computer Literate, Excellent Communication Skills, Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection, High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Departmental Job Description:
Ensure smooth flow of operation through quality service and on-time completion of job. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superiors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to assist the Body Paint Service Advisor in processing of all BP Claims and documentation under Insurance.
2. Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of insurance in related to LOA issuance, outstanding claims and check payment.
3. Monitoring and reconciling all Insurance receivables.
4. Coordinate with Insurance Company for arranging of parts to be released and schedule for pull-out.
5. Maintaining all service customer records as required by the Insurance Claim.
6. Ensure that all repair order invoices are forwarded to Accounting and Credit & Collection Department on a daily basis.
7. Filing all service documents in related to daily transactions.
8. Responsible to perform as tele-marketer and conducting service reminder to customers.
9. Ensure that all customers were reminded for service and monitoring lost customers if any.
10. Coordinate with Customer Relations Department in planning Customer Activity in related to customer retention program.
11. Preparation of reports that are applicable on the job requirement.
12. Responsible to answer the service phone calls and coordinate with concerned associates to attend the customer needs.
13. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards and housekeeping rules.
14. Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Service Supervisor/Department Head from time to time.

Job Specification/ Requirements:
Educational Attainment: College Graduate of any business or management course
Working Experiences: With at least 1 year work related experience
Knowledge/Skills: Computer Literate, Good in Written and Verbal Communication. Willing to do multi-tasking work. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
